Had a phone interview. The HR person was nice, friendly, and gave good info. They talked about the job, what kind of costing they needed, and what it's like to work there. They asked when I could start, about my past jobs, why I'm looking to leave my current role, and what salary I'm looking for.

First, there was a phone screening with HR and the Director. Then, an in-person interview at HQ with HR and a VP. It's also possible you'll meet and be interviewed by the owner. So, at least two interviews, maybe three or four.

It's a bit intense, but really, the main thing is to know your worth and what you're good at and passionate about. Just be confident and speak up clearly, and that's pretty much it. Thanks!
