First, there was a Google form to fill out with some long, creative answers. Then, a group interview with 5 people total, led by senior tour guides. It was about 20-30 minutes and designed to make you think fast and give you choices to avoid repeating answers. Finally, a solo interview that was like the group one but they wanted more detailed answers, and it was a bit shorter than the group interview.
