The interview process was normal but I had to come back multiple times which I did not enjoy. Overall it was fine. Would do again.

It was relaxed, easy and straight to the point. They asked the right questions relevant to the job. Quiet environment and very professional process. I had to go back a couple of times but I always looked forward to the interviews. It's a nice place

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I met with the previous assistant and the superintendent for a semi-formal to formal interview. It was a standard Q&A session where they reviewed my resume and qualifications. We also discussed and they described the duties and responsibilities of the role. I got to ask questions at the end, and they gave me a tour of the facilities.

The interview process is pretty chill and not stressful at all. You just need to list your skills and explain why you're a good fit. Just be brief and sound sure of yourself, and you'll do great.
