First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bilt.
Software Engineer
I was given a take-home assignment with a working solution that I submitted. Even though it's been a bit since I last used React, so I might not have used the latest best practices. I got rejected and they didn't respond when I asked for feedback. It's unprofessional given how much time candidates spend on take-home assignments, as feedback could help them improve.
