The hiring manager reached out for an interview within two days of applying. The conversation was laid-back and the interviewer seemed easygoing. The pay mentioned seemed a bit low for the role. I'd recommend this for someone starting their career.

The interview process was very sales strategy focused. They would provide me scenarios and ask how you might approach the situation. There was some on the spot role play with different background situations and different parts of the sales cycle.

Even though it was a small company, I was surprised that I didn't get any response after the initial interview. I even followed up via email with the person handling the hiring, and still, no reply, not even a 'thanks but no thanks'. Not a great start. Anyway, I wish them the best and I'm sure they'll do great.

I recently had a second-round interview that, unfortunately, fell short of my expectations. The interview was scheduled for 15 minutes and was supposed to start at the top of the hour, but it began late, leaving little time for a meaningful discussion. I felt rushed and unable to provide detailed or well-formed answers to the questions presented. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of attention from the interviewer. It was clear they were multitasking on their computer, which made me feel like I wasn’t being fully listened to or valued during our conversation. This was disappointing, especially since I had been looking forward to this role and the opportunity to discuss it further. On a positive note, the company was communicative and timely with their rejection response, which I appreciated. However, I would suggest that they consider scheduling more time between meetings to ensure that interviews can start on time and candidates have the chance to fully engage in the discussion. Overall, while the process was efficient, the interview experience left me feeling undervalued as a candidate.
