This job is more than just finding places for homeless youth. You'll be doing case management, counseling, and life coaching, dealing with issues like mental health and substance abuse. You'll also be working in a tough, expensive rental market, trying to get property owners to rent to your clients. You'll have a caseload of over 30 clients each month. The pay is around $36,000 a year or less after taxes, not including your own withholdings.

It was a nice and friendly conversation with the employers. The first half was about my past job experience and clinical experience. The second half had two case studies, both concerning confidentiality. The overall interview experience was good and I didn't feel nervous at all.
