The hiring process was really fast and simple. It didn't drag on, and I got hired right after, which was super cool and thrilling. I'd totally suggest it and would go through it again.

I applied at the main office, and three days later I got a call for an interview with the bakery manager. We talked about my availability and school situation. Since I'm in college, he said they could work with my school schedule, which was great. The pay was $10.00/hr when I was hired, but it's $12.00/hr now. The interview went pretty well overall.

I interviewed at the restaurant with the manager. They asked me general questions about my past work experience, my class schedule, preferred hours, strengths, and weaknesses. The manager also told me about the work atmosphere and the hiring process. I was given information to complete the rest of the hiring process at the downtown office.
