It was a pretty standard interview process. Having a contact inside the company can be helpful for getting an interview and for understanding what it's like to work there. The interview itself wasn't too tough and they didn't push too hard for details.

The recruiter was super professional, quick, and clear with everything. The actual hiring process was a nightmare though. They sent me an offer letter and drug screening paperwork, but then rescinded the offer the same day. Apparently, one of the HR people thought I wasn't urgent enough, even though they knew I was finishing up my notice period at my old job. They even gave me enough time to take the drug test, like the law allows (24-48 hours), but then on my way to take it, the same day I got the test, they told me they weren't moving forward. The whole thing felt really unprofessional.

I applied online and then had a pre-screening phone call with a recruiter. After that, we set up an in-person interview which was over 30 minutes long. A few days later, they called with a job offer. I didn't start for 3 weeks though for some reason.

Erin from HR was super helpful throughout the whole process and always answered my questions quickly. They did two phone interviews and then an in-person one with two managers. After I got the offer, everyone helped me get everything sorted.
