The application was pretty long, but they covered expectations clearly and gave a very clear description of what is expected of you. The pay offered is relatively low for a starting position, and management is average. They have long shifts because of a lack of manpower.
- Were you tested on your integrity?
- How efficient are you?
- Do you have a strong work ethic?

I sent in my application online and then they reached out for a quick phone chat soon after. It was a call where they asked basic stuff that didn't need much preparation. The last step was an in-person interview for the job. They asked the usual interview questions, nothing too crazy.
- Could you tell me one thing you would change about your last job?

The interview started with a friendly welcome and a complimentary drink. I'd interviewed with Biggby Coffee before, so I knew what they were looking for. The whole thing was just one interview that lasted about 30 minutes. We mostly just chatted. From the start and end, it seemed like they really wanted to hire me. Getting a job here is pretty easy if you have similar work experience.
- Which drink from our menu is your favorite?
