The interview process was unorganized and ended up being a waste of time. Made it to the 'final round' only to be ghosted for two weeks and told that the position was no longer needed at this time. The take home assignment was extensive so it would of been best if this was decided well beforehand. I was not pleased with the way I was treated and they do not have a concrete interview process

The interview process was pretty straight forward, with one scheduled interview per week over three weeks. However, I was ghosted by the recruiter without any updates after what was supposedly the last interview. I was very disappointed with how they treated their candidates, and it was not a great experience.

I went through three rounds of interviews and had nice chats with everyone. They mentioned they'd follow up in a few days. Days went by with no word. I sent a reminder email asking if everything was alright. Another week passed. I sent another email and called the recruiter. No reply and no answer on the phone. Two weeks passed. Another email and phone call. I inquired if I was no longer being considered and would appreciate any kind of update. I'm sure I'm ghosted now. It's been over a month and they've completely ignored me. So rude and unprofessional, it shows how little they care about company etiquette if they treat candidates worse than I'd treat a stray cat.
