It was a straightforward and friendly interview process. We started with a phone call, and if they liked my profile, we moved to an in-person meeting. They were keen to understand my personality and previous work history. They asked about my background in self storage and my knowledge of competing businesses. I also had to fill out a short questionnaire. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The interview process was really pleasant. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel welcome. First, I had to answer some math problems and complete a mock email task, which weren't too difficult. Then, my interviewer and I toured the storage units, where we discussed the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. Finally, we sat down in the interviewer's office for some standard interview questions. I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. Sadly, I didn't get the job, which was disappointing as I thought it would be a great place to work. Despite not being hired, I'd definitely recommend Big Yellow. I hope to apply again.
