It was a super thorough interview process! They had me send in a few video recordings - one about myself and another on marketing strategy for a made-up company. Then, they talked with me and asked why I wanted to get into digital marketing, why I wanted to work for an agency, and about my experience.

I applied for a few jobs, but they were really mindful of my schedule and made sure every interview counted. First, I had to send in a Loom video. Then, there was a quick intro chat. After that, I spoke with one of the directors on the team. Then, I went in person for an interview. They also had me create a one-page marketing plan for a made-up client. The very last step was a video call before they extended the job offer!

Behavioral Technical

I went through a few interview rounds for this role. The whole thing felt pretty rushed, with interviewers having to leave for other meetings multiple times, which seemed unprofessional. I didn't get selected in the end, and despite being told I'd hear back about their decision, I never did. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to let everyone know because they'd already found someone and didn't care to be respectful to the other applicants.
