Technical Coding Behavioral
First, a recruiter will give you a call to see if your career goals align with the role. Then, you'll be given a coding challenge to complete within 4 hours. After that, they'll review your submission. If you pass, you'll have a technical interview where you'll discuss your approach to the coding challenge. Finally, you'll have a soft skills interview with a Director and potentially the VP.

I went through three interviews. First, there was a screening call with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally a presentation for the team. I really connected with everyone and enjoyed learning about the company. Even though I didn't get an offer, I'd still be interested in working here in the future.

The interview process was really thorough but also quick, which I liked. They were smart about using our time and fitting interviews around availability, using a mix of video calls, phone calls, and in-person meetings. There were some one-on-one interviews and some panel interviews. I especially liked the panel interviews because I got to hear from several people at once. They saved the office visits for the very end, which makes sense because once you see the place, you're already sold!

They screened me and then had a phone screening. I'm not sure what comes after that because I didn't get past the initial phone screening. I think there would have been an onsite or maybe multiple onsite interviews before an offer. However, after the phone screening, there was just no communication at all. It would have been nice to get an email or a call saying, 'thanks, but you didn't make the cut.'
