Had an initial chat with HR, which was a standard screening. Next, I met with the CEO. The meeting was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran for about an hour. HR cut the interview short, I think they might have checked my social media. That's fine, I am who I am. Their loss.

Had 3 video interviews, each 30-60 minutes long. They were with the recruiter, a practice manager, and the CEO. This all happened over about 3-4 weeks. It wasn't stressful at all, everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable immediately. I got the offer about 1-2 weeks after the last interview.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I met the Big Compass team at a career fair at a university. There were 3 rounds of interviews after that. The first round was on campus, with straightforward questions to get a general sense of my background and how/why I'd fit in the organization. The second round was a technical interview where I needed to work on a very new technical aspect, testing my ability to adapt and learn new technical concepts and program. The third round was an in-person interview with the CEO, again general interview stuff. It's been over a month and no one from this company has gotten back to me about the status. I expected this from small companies; they want to employ you for your professionalism but don't display any themselves! This is a 'student' experience.

The recruiter didn't seem very interested in hiring an intern and spent time talking about how much they drank the night before. When the conversation did turn to the subject matter, they dismissed everything I said in response to their question about what I was looking for in the company.
