I first met them at a career fair at my school, but they also have on-site career fairs. Then there was a phone call interview, followed by a second phone call interview. After I got the offer, there was a drug screening and background check.
- Tell me about how you deal with stressful situations.
- What's your approach to handling conflict?
Reservationist
I went to HR to apply for jobs and the receptionist asked if I wanted to be a Reservationist. I said yes, and then I had an interview right there with the Reservations Manager. It was mostly general questions about my personality and goals. We talked about the company and if I'd have issues with the dress code or company values.
