DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The process took 2 months, with 4 tests (2 technical, 2 interviews). Everything seemed to be going well until I was asked to wait 1-2 weeks. The 1-2 weeks turned into 4, only to receive an automatic email refusal. Don't waste your time on companies that don't respect you.

Behavioral Technical

I first met Big Bang ERP at a job fair at ÉTS. They clearly explained their work and expectations for new hires. I had a phone screening with HR where they asked about my technical background, social style, and work experience. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. The final interview involved the CEO and HR. HR started with professional experience questions, then the CEO jumped in with his own. The last part was a two-part technical test to see if I had the skills for the job. These tests were given on Friday and due Sunday morning, which was a bit tight with my weekend plans.
