First, there was a 30-minute phone call with someone from Talent Acquisition. Then, an hour-long video call with the Director of Communications. After that, another hour-long video call, this time with the VP of Marketing. Finally, a 30-minute video call with the CEO.

Went through two interviews after the initial phone screening with a third party recruiter. First interview was with the VP of Marketing, and the second one was with the Director of Communications. Both interviews went well, and the questions were straightforward, not too hard or abstract. I felt like the Director of Communications really liked me and I was expecting to move to a third round. However, after the second interview, I didn't hear anything back, and the recruiter was unhelpful when I asked about the status. I eventually got a generic rejection email about two weeks after my second interview.

It was a three interview process. First, a phone call. Then, an in-person meeting followed by shadowing a client. Finally, a session pairing with a client. The last step was meeting with the owner who asked the same questions. Meeting the owner and CEO means an offer is coming. The pay is not great, and raises don't even keep up with the cost of living.
