Went through an initial interview, then a skills assessment, then a final interview. Initial interview was great. The skills assessment was a little ridiculous in how much work they wanted. Final interview was good. Then ghosted. Totally unprofessional to put a candidate through a month-long process, have them make it to the final stage, and then not even bother to send a rejection email.

It was a super quick 15-minute phone chat where they explained the job and asked some typical questions. Then I got sent a test to do. They mentioned there'd be one last interview after the test, and then I'd be onboarded.

The first step was a phone interview with an operations intern. She reached out by email and we scheduled a time to talk. After our conversation, she didn't reply to any of my follow-up emails, which was pretty unprofessional.
