Customer Technology Manager
The interview process included a one-hour in-person meeting with the hiring manager and some team members. After that, there was a two-and-a-half-week waiting period. During this time, I contacted the recruiter and hiring manager twice for updates. Eventually, I was informed that the position was on hold and that they would likely hire an internal candidate if it was taken off hold.

Art Director
The interview experience was quite negative, leaving no desire to work at the company. The interviewer, who turned out to be HR, did not introduce themselves at the start of the video call. They immediately began reviewing my resume for the first time, leading to an awkward silence. I had to ask if they were HR or part of the hiring team, as I was unsure. My initial reaction was surprise because, typically, HR representatives are more engaging and communicative, but this person was introverted, unprofessional, and awkward, barely speaking. This initial interaction immediately soured my interest in the role, and I felt I wouldn't get the job. I would have liked to provide feedback on the unprofessionalism. After the interview, I immediately shared my negative experience with my husband, emphasizing how shocking and unprofessional the HR interaction was. I felt I could have performed their role better, just based on basic communication skills. If they're seeking HR professionals, I believe I could be a good fit.
- Can you share some information about yourself?
Business Development Director
It was through a HH, first i spoke with HR, that ones was really easy, it was more to explain me the company and the roel, second they send me two exams. They were not difficult, one was of general knowledge and a bit of math problems and the other one was a personality exam. I had a first interview with the HM, he asked me personal questions and was more into knowing me as a person. The third interview was at their offices. I was more like a normal chat, they asked me questions about my work history and how I landed a new account and how I was able to retain and work through the account to get to the Decision maker.

Account Manager
The recruiter brought up salary, and mentioned there was a big difference between my expectations and the job's pay. She talked to the Hiring Manager, and they said they could offer an extra $15K based on my background. Since the recruiter mentioned bonus opportunities and advancement potential, I agreed the extra $15K was workable and didn't pull my application. The next day, I got two online pre-employment assessments, which I finished within 24 hours. After that, I didn't hear anything back about the assessments or anything else from the recruiter. A month later, I got a standard rejection email saying my background wasn't the best fit, even though the recruiter and hiring manager were willing to pay me more based on my experience. I checked LinkedIn and saw they hired someone with less experience, probably without needing to pay the extra $15K, but I still expected a follow-up from the recruiter instead of an automated email.
