So I applied to BI Group Kazakhstan online, it was all through their website. It took about a week to hear back after submitting my CV and cover letter. First, I had a phone interview with HR. It was pretty basic, just asking about my background, why I was interested in BI Group, and what I knew about the company. They also asked about salary expectations. After that, I had an online interview on Zoom. This one was more detailed, where I talked with a recruiter and then a team lead. They wanted to know how my past experience would fit the job I was applying for and asked some behavioral questions.

Got a call from the recruiter and then had a 30-minute telephonic screening. After that, I had an interview with a peer/colleague and then another one with the manager. It was quick and to the point. The entire process wrapped up in two weeks.
