It was a 2-stage online interview process. The first stage was a group interview with 7 or 8 people where we each answered one question individually. Then, we discussed scenario-based questions as a group before presenting our answers. We were told to watch our emails for stage 2 selection, and an email came at 6pm for an interview the very next day. Stage 2 was a panel interview with two people, and it included general and clinical questions.

It was alright, a bit weird with some questions for me personally. They focused mostly on teamwork, and didn't really ask anything about skills, education, or scenarios. The interviewers were nice, but I never got any feedback.

The interview was held in person, in an office. Two senior radiographers conducted the interview. They asked me 6 questions, and I had the chance to ask them questions at the end. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

It was a face-to-face interview. I was asked about 6-8 questions verbally, and then there were 2 written questions at the end. Because it's a rotational post, questions covered different specialties. Each core specialty had at least one question, including case-based questions.
