Great hiring process, the manager was nice and asked good questions, very professional. I had two interviews and got the job. They have unlimited PTO and good medical/dental plans.

The interview process was very relaxed and informal, conducted virtually. My interviewer, Luke Stenzel, was professional and outgoing, making the process enjoyable. He took time to get to know me and my professional background. Although I wasn't offered the position, Luke sent a personal email to inform me and thank me for interviewing. This personal touch shows the company values not only its employees but also candidates, which is why I highly recommend interviewing with BHC Rhodes.

My interview experience involved an initial phone call, followed by an in-person interview at the office with several interviewers. The whole process spanned about 2-3 weeks, but it felt pretty relaxed because the atmosphere and the people were really nice. Even though it was thorough, it wasn't super tough and I actually enjoyed meeting everyone. It ultimately led to a great internship.

Behavioral Technical

It began with a phone call with HR where they asked about my background and qualifications, which went well. Following that, I had an in-person interview. HR gave me a tour of the building and office. Around 3 or 4 people interviewed me for about 2 hours. They asked a lot of questions about past projects listed on my resume and about how I'd handle specific scenarios. They initially offered me the job but then retracted it without providing a reason, which was very unprofessional.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you provide some details about the projects you've been involved with?
  • Tell me about your past projects.
  • Describe how you would approach certain hypothetical situations.
