Had a campus interview, got an email to join a meet. After joining the meet, there were 5 members who asked some basic questions on transformers, generators, etc.

I applied through campus interview in August 2012. The company gave a pre-placement talk. Initially, there was a Group Discussion (GD) and a shortlist based on the GD. Even if you perform poorly, if you have a good CPI, you will clear the GD. The GD topic was based on 'current education system in India'. Then there was a Personal Interview (HR + Technical).
