The interview is done via video. If they like you, they will reach out. I thought it was very impersonal and felt awkward answering questions to a screen. I think if the interview was in person, I would have been hired. Also, because it's a Christian company, I thought they might have sent some kind of communication.

It was a really straightforward 3-step process. I'm not totally sure if there were more steps, but this is what I went through: 1. Submitted my application. 2. They asked for a video interview where I had to answer some prompts without a live person. 3. Then, a live virtual interview.

The interview process was quite lengthy and took a while to get through. Overall, it was a positive experience; the atmosphere was great and I met many really nice people. It was a very good interview experience overall. The questions weren't overly technical, but there was good interaction, and I enjoyed meeting the people.

The interview process had three main parts. First, there was an hour-long phone interview that felt like a casual chat and went really well. Next, I had a two-hour intense interview with the VP of HR where they asked a lot of probing questions about my faith. You should be ready for some tough questions, but it wasn't a negative experience. After that, I met with the Executive Assistant I'd be working under. A few weeks later, I had my final interview with the Vice President. They weren't really focused on difficult questions, more on getting to know me and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the company.
