I had an interview with HR first, and then an interview with the hiring team. There were two rounds of interviews in total. They asked a mix of behavioural, motivational, and technical questions relevant to the role. Make sure you're ready to discuss your CV thoroughly.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a two-stage interview process. The first interview was with HR, focusing on motivational, competency, and basic math questions like multiplication, division, and decimals. The second interview was more technical, with brokers, covering key brokerage terms and a deeper dive into my CV.

Technical Coding

I went through a hiring process run by the external recruitment agency (H&P), and honestly, it was pretty bad. They weren't clear with communication, sometimes even rude, and they really couldn't stick to their own deadlines. When they wanted an interview, it had to be right away, but they were the ones causing delays. For example, a coding interview got pushed back because the interviewer and HR messed up coordinating. In the end, I got conflicting feedback. At first, they said my performance was great and my tech skills were solid, but then they rejected me saying I wasn't technically good enough. This inconsistency, plus their unprofessionalism with deadlines, just left me annoyed and not impressed. The whole thing felt like a waste of my time. The coding and technical questions they asked during the interviews were straightforward and practical.

Given a text file listing city pairs that indicate possible travel between them (e.g., "Philadelphia,Pittsburgh"), write a Java program named Connected. This program should accept a filename and two city names as command-line arguments. It needs to output 'yes' if there's a path between the two cities based on the connections in the file, and 'no' otherwise. Consider that the file defines edges in a graph where cities are nodes. The program should be efficient for large files (assuming they fit in memory) and not crash on malformed input. A city not mentioned in the file is not connected to any other city. Also, provide instructions on how to build the program (like a Makefile) and package the source files (tar/zip). Note that the program must handle connectivity graphs with more than two edges and be production-ready.
