It was a smooth and informative interview process. However, the firm ended up talking more about their work rather than asking candidates to share their experiences. I wish it had been more interactive. The interviewers were nice, though.

I had two interviewers who were really nice and even gave some advice for starting out my career. Sadly, I didn't get the job. It seems like they sometimes interview even when they don't have open positions, which is fine, but maybe don't get your hopes up too high for their interviews.

After they looked over my resume, cover letter, and portfolio, they let me know about a month and a half later that I was selected to move forward. Following that, I had a formal interview over the phone. Three weeks post-phone call, we had a portfolio presentation at their main office.

I saw the job on their website in December and applied in Feb. The hiring manager called me for a 30-min chat and then set up an interview with two principals. The interview was great. The principals were nice and asked about my portfolio projects, my role in them, and specifically which graphics I made. It went over an hour, and one principal stayed to talk about their work and answer my questions. I felt good about it and thought I'd get an offer. I asked the hiring manager for an update a week later, and she said they liked me but were waiting on client feedback before deciding. It sounds like they don't have projects lined up yet but are still interviewing, which is disappointing.
