The interview process was pretty easy. First, I had a virtual interview on Google Meet. After that, there was an in-person tour of the pharmacy, and I got to meet the staff while also having an interview.

It was a very simple process. They seem to think that you either know the answers or you don't. They asked simple questions with simple answers and it wasn't intimidating at all. It was more about getting to know you because they consider themselves like a family here. They mentioned that they train you on everything, like how to use their charting system and for specialties.

I was interviewed by my peers in a corner, feeling trapped by 7-8 staff members. I found out the job offer wasn't what was advertised. They did explain the daily workflow, but couldn't answer my questions about a part of the job that wasn't revealed until the interview.
