I did a presentation and it went fine, but the interview felt really fast, only a few follow-up questions were asked. After the task, there wasn't much time to ask about the job or the team. I wish I had more time to talk about how the task related to the daily work, especially since I came into the office for it. The HR person was helpful though. They just said they hired someone with more experience.

The talent team was great - professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly before the interview. The interview itself was a letdown though. One interviewer was late and seemed disengaged the whole time, making it hard to connect or have a real conversation. It felt rushed and one-sided, not giving me much chance to talk about my experience. The interview ended abruptly at the scheduled time (by the interviewer who was late) and I didn't get to ask any questions. It felt very transactional and not very candidate-friendly. For a role like this, a longer, better-paced interview would be better for both sides. I know schedules get busy, but a more engaged and structured approach would really improve things.

Presentation

It was a 3 stage process that went pretty well. I had to make a presentation document that showed how we could promote a weekend of sports and casino to the customers. The document also covered the good and bad points of the Betway app.

I first had a phone call with the hiring manager. Then I was invited for a second interview with the hiring manager and his lead. For this second interview, I had to give a presentation about a task I was given. The presentation had three parts. The first part was to give insights on some data, answer questions about it, and show my numerical skills. The second part was to explain optimisations, tests, and ideas to make a campaign perform better. The last part was to show my knowledge of account structure, performance goals, and bidding strategies, specifically for gambling campaigns.
