I applied online and after about a month, the hiring manager called me. We talked about the job and my experience. A week later, HR set up an on-site interview and they covered my hotel and travel. The HR rep met me first, talking about the company, benefits, and security. They also gave me forms for a drug test, physical, and relocation info, but these are only for if I get and accept an offer. They also took my picture and fingerprints beforehand to speed things up if I got an offer. Then I met with the hiring manager for about an hour. He described their current projects and what the role involves. While explaining, he asked how I'd solve problems related to the projects, focusing on my problem-solving approach. There was some downtime because the interview was scheduled for 1.5 hours, but we finished everything in about an hour. They said they'd call in two weeks, and a car took me back to the airport. I think you should follow up in two weeks, as they might not contact you if you don't get the job.

I had a phone call that was pretty straightforward, mostly just chatting to get to know me and what I've done. They asked me to email my transcripts, as they have a policy of not hiring anyone with a GPA below 3.0. About a week later, HR got in touch to set up an in-person interview. When I arrived, I was bused in with a group of about six other people, all interviewing for different roles. We all had to take a drug test, get fingerprinted, and provide our birth certificates. It's a very high-security, secluded facility. I met with the director and a manager, then two people I'd potentially work with, and finally a manager from another department. Most of the questions were easy enough, though a few were a bit tricky. I think it would be a good place to work. Unfortunately, a week after that, I got a letter saying I didn't get the job. Oh well, they seem really selective, and while salary wasn't discussed, I heard they pay quite well. I was told that if I had been selected, the background check would have taken another 6 to 8 weeks.

I applied online. I can't remember if there was a phone screen, but then I got an email asking me to call the recruiter to set up an in-person interview. On the interview day, I had four one-on-one chats: with the HR manager, the hiring manager, someone doing the job now, and a coworker. The HR and hiring manager chats were pretty standard, asking about my background. The other two were more about me learning about the company and how things work there, rather than them grilling me, though I'm sure what I asked gave them some impression.

The process was easy, phone interview first, then set up and an off site interview at Homestead. However the process did not work well that day. Fingerprint machine was not working and they said everyone would know the results in 2 weeks. Check back 4 weeks later and the interviews had just finished. Never heard anything afterwards. They treat you well, I just think they are overwhelmed. I have heard similar stories from others.
