I went through 4 interview rounds, which took place over 3 weeks. The recruiter never gave me any feedback after any of the rounds. The interviewers kept rescheduling interviews. I had to keep asking the recruiter for feedback because I had other offers and needed to make a decision. It was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, and the first 3 were pretty easy. The last round was with the director. After that, the team told me they were going to extend an offer, but I never heard back even after following up a few times. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates like that, especially when they clearly found someone else. At least send a regret email or let me know the position is on hold. It makes you wonder about the work culture there if this is how they treat people.

The interview process was structured with well-defined rounds. Although HR was a bit late in sharing the interview dates, candidates were notified one or two days beforehand. Overall, the interviewers were good and helpful during the process.
