I didn't get too far in the interview process. They only did one round with me, and then they told me that someone who was further along in the process got an offer. That one round was a pretty basic screen.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty much in line with what others have said. It took about 5 weeks total, with each part happening roughly in a separate week. Part 1 was a typical recruiter phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. Part 2 was an online technical assessment that took around 2 hours. It wasn't a LeetCode/HackerRank type of test; if you've built mobile apps before, this part should be straightforward. You had to review a design doc and write some code, with options to pick between Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter/Dart. Part 3 was the technical onsite, lasting about 4 hours. Again, no LeetCode, which was really nice. You met with 3 different engineers for what they called 'pair programming,' but it felt more like they observed your coding process and how you problem-solved. My advice: if they mention specific design patterns you'll be working with, study them beforehand if you're not already familiar. You also spoke with a higher-up manager/director about your career goals and what you seek in a company. Part 4 was the behavioral onsite, lasting about 3 hours. You met with various people from your potential team, like an engineer, a PM, a designer, and an engineering manager. The questions were standard 'tell me about a time when...' and others aimed at assessing team fit. My advice: have multiple examples ready so you're not caught off guard. Overall, it felt like they were really looking for a good culture fit, so make sure to connect well with everyone you speak with.

Behavioral

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I put in about 10 hours in total across four rounds. However, they decided not to share any feedback at the end. They called to let me know I didn't get the job, and since they couldn't give me any details, I was confused as to why they even bothered with a phone call.
