First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BetterHealth.
Sales Associate
The interview was really friendly and the interviewer made me feel comfortable. They asked me a few questions about myself and why I'd like to work at Better Health.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working for Better Health?
Produce Clerk
The interview questions were typical, covering past experience and how a candidate could contribute to the store. I had the option to choose departments depending on what was open then.
- Can you discuss your prior work history?
- How would you benefit our store?
Enterprise Sales
Standard interview process. Had 3 calls, no demo involved. Then, 3 calls with 3 different leaders. No peer call was included. Got a sense that there was some sort of power struggle in regards to leadership and direction of the business.
- Could you describe your prospecting process?
Cashier
It was pretty easy overall, but they really wanted to check if I knew about health food/supplements. I didn't know much and didn't get the job the first time I applied. The second time, the manager had changed and she gave me a chance when I said I really wanted to learn about it. Plus, I had a lot of cashier experience, which was helpful.
