The interview felt a bit early because they weren't sure about the direction for the role. They've actually decided to go in a different direction than what they were initially interviewing for. The interviewer was really nice, though. Overall, it was a good experience.

Applied and then waited over an hour to talk about marketing strategies and how the company operates. Was pulled away for a one-on-one to discuss more about their greatness, products, my aspirations, and my willingness to do what it takes. Received a lot of info and flyers about their plans and the fees you pay before closing a deal, but not much real help for beginners in the business.

It was a pretty quick process with three rounds, all done over Zoom. I talked to different team members each time, and they gave me a good idea of what the role involves and what's expected. Each interview was about an hour long. They really went over the industry knowledge and expertise needed.

It was really tough. I ended up taking another job because I couldn't wait any longer. The two main people seemed swamped and weren't in any hurry (or just didn't have time) to give me feedback or get in touch. I never heard back in the end.
