First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Better Earth (CA).
IT Support Technician
The interview process took place over 2-3 weeks. The first interview was a phone call, followed by a second interview via Zoom. The process felt disorganized, with last-minute updates to contact information, like the Zoom link being sent right at the start of the second interview. It's recommended to get contact info upfront to avoid getting ghosted.
- Can you summarize yourself in three words?
- Can you describe your current job?
Solar Consultant
The interview process was pretty easy, and I figured out why after I got the job. It seems like the recruiter makes the final call. They mainly want to check if you're a hard worker and self-motivated, especially since it's a commission-only role.
- What are your thoughts on a 90-day blitz?
Communications Coordinator
Went through a lengthy interview process with multiple projects. The final interview with the manager, Patrick Butler, felt condescending and had a really bad energy. The HR department was a mess and sent me a rejection letter for a role I didn't even apply for. I emailed back to confirm, but they never replied.
- How does your previous experience relate to this job?
Sales Representative
They were really responsive and helpful. I got to talk to several people about how things work and could ask questions whenever. Danielle and Patrick were easy to get a hold of and nice to talk to.
- Can you tell me about your past sales experience?
