applied online, then they reached out about a different role than the one I applied for, and I did a virtual interview. Got the offer about a month after salary negotiations. Took a couple months in total.
- Can you share an experience where you...?
Training Coordinator
The interview process is pretty intense. You go through three interviews before actually getting a offer. You have to go through a three week training program in order to start getting work loads.
- Can you describe your leadership experience?
Security Officer
The interview process was pretty quick and easy. Easy in the way that I didn't feel any pressure at all. First, you gotta do an assessment. It involves watching a video, taking notes, and filling out a report, all within 30 minutes. If you pass that, you'll have a verbal interview. Three people will ask you about 4-5 questions each. After that, they'll ask you a few more background questions. That's it!!!
- Can you describe a time when you had to deal with a situation involving a friend or coworker who was upset and about to cause problems? What did you do?
Analyst
It was a tough interview process. Mostly one-on-one interviews. They asked behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral ones touched on personal stuff, like family and personal life, to see how I'd handle those kinds of questions.
- What is the thing you dislike the most?
