First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Nurse
It was an easy interview done remotely. It started on time and the interviewer was very down to earth. Audio and visual quality were good. The interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interview and allowed for questions which were answered.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in nursing?
Registered Nurse
I applied online and then a recruiter reached out to chat about the job. We scheduled an interview for the next week with the Nursing manager. After that interview, the manager let me know I needed to pass a telemetry and medication test before they could make an offer. I took the exam the very next day and got the offer that same afternoon.
- Why are you interested in working on this specific unit?
Registered Nurse
It was a chill interview process, pretty standard questions but you gotta prep. It all wrapped up in about two weeks. You can tell they really care about who they bring on board. Made for a super comfortable and positive vibe.
- Could you walk me through your resume?
- What makes you interested in this specific field of nursing?
- Describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging patient.
