You fill in a paper CV, then you get an interview. They were late for the interview. You're given a sheet of maths questions. During the interview, they just asked about your previous jobs and what you did at college. You got hired but didn't stay long because staff were lazy and snobby, you got bullied and management did nothing. You will do long hours, 8-9.30 5-6x a week and literally have NO choice. But depending on where you are it could be different. Also wage is terrible. Under 18s get 6.80 and over 21 you get 7.15.

You'll have a phone chat first where they'll explain the job and ask some questions. They'll let you know if you made it through the phone part right after. If you did, you'll come in for a face-to-face interview. This includes a basic math test, then a chat with the Area Manager. They'll ask what you know about BETFRED, like its history and UK shop count. You'll also get scenario questions about handling things like underage customers or vandalism. They'll ask about your cash handling background and teamwork experience.

The interview process was easy and quite relaxed, not rushed at all. It involved some quick math questions and a discussion about my knowledge of the company and its services. The whole process from the interview to the offer took about a week.
