I had a few interviews. First was with the engineering manager. Then, I had a second interview with some other team members where they asked mostly technical questions. The third interview was a long, 3-hour in-person meeting with the entire team, and I had to answer more technical questions.

The process was a bit disorganized. Initially, there was a virtual interview with two people. Then, I had another virtual interview with different managers. After that, I was told an offer was coming. However, on the morning of the next day, HR informed me that management was considering an in-person interview at their location. It took them over a month to get back to me about this. Later on, after all that, it took them another month of back and forth, saying yes there will be an offer, and then no, they were still exploring options.

A mutual connection introduced me to the management team. After I reached out, they set up an interview. There were two interview rounds. The first round was a general screen to see if my background, skills, and interests fit what they were looking for. I talked about my experience, and they told me more about the company. The second round was more technical. After the first round, I was given a coding challenge to do. I then presented this challenge to three software team members. We discussed the challenge, and they asked me more questions about my experience.
