First, we had a video call for an initial chat, covering your background and education. Then, we moved on to discussing your past work experiences. After that, there were some questions in English, both personal and professional. We also talked about your salary expectations. The next step is an in-person interview, after which the company will be in touch.

I was upfront about my salary expectations with HR three times before the first interview. After completing two interviews and having an informal chat with the Head of Trading, I was extended an offer that was 10k lower than I'd asked for. It felt like a complete waste of my time to go through the whole process only to be lowballed. When I informed HR about the offer being significantly below my expectations, they said they'd look into it, but I never heard back. I noticed the job listing has reappeared on Indeed. This has been the most unprofessional and disappointing hiring experience I've ever had.

I applied online and heard back in a couple days via text that my application was successful and they wanted to interview me. I confirmed my interview details online. On the day, I forgot my passport but they were cool and just asked me to bring it after the interview. The whole thing was pretty easy and the interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable.
