Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The interview process for the Software Engineer role went really well! It started with an initial screening where I felt a good vibe with the interviewers. I got to show off my tech skills and how I solve problems, and they seemed to really dig it. The technical tests and coding parts were tough but fun, and I felt good about the clean code I came up with. They looked impressed. Then came the behavioral interviews, where I talked about my teamwork and how I like tackling hard problems. They were paying attention and seemed interested. In the last round, I met with the hiring managers and some execs. They asked some deep technical questions, which I felt good about answering, and I even showed them some old projects and talked about how I handled engineering challenges. It felt like they were really feeling me by the end. They gave me good feedback, and I felt like I'd be a good fit. I was super happy to get an offer and took it! It was a great experience overall, letting me show my tech skills, problem-solving, and that I'd fit in. Excited to join the team!

I went for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other team members, it was pretty laid back. I was asked back for a second round that was a "lunch" interview but I couldn't make it because I decided to go in a different direction with my career.
