So, I had a phone screening with HR first. Then, I was scheduled for an in-person with the hiring manager. They actually missed the phone screening the first time, then emailed later saying their laptop was messed up. Honestly, they could have just called or texted. They asked about salary, I said I wanted the higher end, they said okay, then asked if I'd take less anyway. It felt pretty unprofessional. But, I went to the hiring manager interview anyway. It was super short, like 10 minutes max. She confirmed the salary thing and then said the recruiter would email by Tuesday. Never heard anything, not even after I followed up. The whole company seems a bit sketch and they don't seem to value candidates, especially given how low the pay is.

It was a pretty fast and easy process. I was asked about my subject interests first, and then I got an email when the job opened up. After that, I did a trial class to see if it was a good match. Then, I had a formal interview and was hired as a teacher. It wasn't too stressful.

Manager
It was a really thorough and structured interview process. Started with a screening, then went into detailed behavioral and situational questions, followed by a case study, and ended with a chat with top management. They really focused on checking if I'd fit the company culture and values, and also my professional skills. They kept me in the loop the whole time. It gave me a good sense of the role and what they expect.
