The process was fast. I had two rounds of interviews with lawyers and the recruiting team. It was pretty friendly overall. They seemed to be mostly checking if I would fit with the firm's culture and mission.

It was pretty extensive. This was a few years back. First, there were on-campus screening interviews with one or two attorneys. These could be chill or tough, depending on who was interviewing. The second round was harder. There was a formal dinner one evening, followed by a full day of interviews with basically a dozen attorneys. It was a very organized round robin thing. It was a bit nerve-wracking because you'd meet all the other candidates, and a lot of them were really impressive.
