Customer Support Specialist
The hiring process has three steps: first, a language test for the required language, which you should take within a reasonable time frame. Then, there's an initial interview with someone from HR. Finally, you'll have an interview with the Assignment Manager.
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
- In what ways can you contribute to this role and our team?
Team Leader
Had a normal set of questions via Skype with a team leader and an HR rep. They were both totally not engaged. The team leader barely gave any insight into the job, even after I questioned them. They took offense after I simply asked if, from their experience, 5 days is enough time to find and rent an apartment in Malta, as they only offer 5 days hotel to support relocation.
- Can you share an example of using a SMART goal?
- Describe a situation where you managed a team.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
Content Moderator and Customer Support Agent
So basically, after sending my CV for this job opportunity, an HR person from Sweden gave me a call and asked me a few questions. Then, I got two different tests to complete. A few days after I sent them back, I received the contract via email. I feel like this process was quite fast since the job started only 14 days after the ads were posted. Most people working on this assignment actually came straight from their countries, unlike other assignments where people had to come for a casual interview with HR and the assignment manager.
- Can you tell us how long you've resided in this country?
- What previous experience do you have?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Customer Success Officer
I applied online and heard back about an interview in about 1-2 weeks. The interview itself was pretty short, like 20-30 minutes, and mostly involved some basic questions and just a friendly chat. I didn't end up getting an offer.
- Could you share details about your educational background?
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- Are you prepared for a dynamic work setting?
