Resident Assistant
You'll start with a panel interview, and then move into group interviews and activities. It usually takes a few weeks to hear back after you've interviewed. The final placement offer comes via mail.

Customer Service Representative
They screen your application first. Then there's an online assessment, followed by a center assessment and interview. They also check if you have any criminal record and conduct a drug test. You'll do an assessment at the location you applied to and another assessment with scenario-based questions.

Professor
It was a full-day interview process. I had one-on-one meetings with different professors and administrators. There was also a group interview with faculty and students. As part of the process, I had to give a sample lecture for faculty and students.
- Can you describe your teaching style and the level of interactivity in your classes?
Director
I had a full day of interviews, meeting with important people on campus like senior leaders, future coworkers, and even students. I had several one-on-one chats with the senior leaders, and then we had some group discussions during the day.
