The interview process was great. Everyone made me feel comfortable and right at home. I interviewed with multiple people and the process was very easy. The HR recruiter was very prompt and kept me very involved in the process. The most difficult question I was asked was from the hiring manager. He came off very stern in the beginning, but lightened up toward the end.

I applied online and Nicole Porterfield called me the same day to set up an interview for the next week. She then sent me an application to fill out and send back. The first round interview, I met with three ladies from the department in the lobby. I had a second round interview two weeks later with four more ladies from the department. A few days after that, I got an email saying they went with another candidate. Everyone was super nice and professional, and I'd definitely apply again if another job opens up.

The interview process was quite messy. I had to go onsite twice for interviews. Each visit involved 3-4 interviews with people from different teams. It was a bit repetitive as I got asked the same questions multiple times, which is fine. I noticed that senior management seemed to interpret my answers differently than the folks in the department I'd be working with. There appeared to be a disconnect between upper management's understanding and the actual job requirements. Ultimately, it didn't work out. Since there were multiple onsite rounds, it felt misleading. Some feedback suggested it was about culture fit. I'd really advise their HR department to use initial phone calls to screen for culture and basic job requirements to ensure a good fit before moving to further stages. This could save everyone a lot of time and effort.

The hiring process was handled by a headhunter, making it very smooth. I had an on-site interview, which was a great chance to see the laid-back culture and confirm it met my expectations for a well-respected advertising agency.
