They have the hiring process laid out step by step on their website, but they didn't follow it. It was more like apply for the job, take a basic test, then you're told to go to pit stop to test your PC specs. You email them the link so they can view it. If you pass this, you'll get a call to set up your interview. For the interview, you want to sell yourself on your ability to sell things; be very confident and outgoing. The questions are pretty basic, like your three greatest accomplishments, what others would say about you, and why you'd be a good fit. After the final question, I was offered a job. They email a job offer, you sign and send it back. Then they email consent forms for a background and credit check because you'll access personal info and credit card numbers. I wasn't told if I passed the checks, but they sent links for the final stage of new hire stuff, so I guess I did. You set up direct deposit, tax info, and emergency contacts.
