It was a great interview process for a small/medium business. They have three steps: first, written responses with a DISC profile, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview. They communicate really well throughout. They explained that this is how Bernard Health usually works with clients, and they want to ensure new hires have strong writing, phone, and in-person communication abilities.

Behavioral Other

Applied online via LinkedIn, got an email response in a couple days. Was given two written behavioral questions initially. They then emailed to schedule a phone screen. The interview experience felt off, like they weren't really listening or engaging with my answers, just saying 'That makes sense.' After that, they sent another written part asking for detailed UX feedback on one of their websites. Honestly, it felt like I didn't have a real chance, but they were just going through the motions. Given the negative vibe and their company's stance on returning to the office by mid-2021, I decided to withdraw before completing the UX questions.
