Behavioral Presentation

I had an initial chat with someone from Orchestra who reached out. The second step involved creating a comprehensive crisis strategy. I decided not to proceed with interviews that require such a large project before even speaking with the core team. It felt like doing free work, especially since the formal interview with two senior people barely touched on the assignment for about 10 minutes, with feedback mainly on formatting. A few weeks later, I got a standard email saying they chose someone else. Overall, it was okay, but I believe these extensive assignments should only be requested after clear interest is shown and after more direct conversations with the actual team.

After getting an interview request, I had an interview with 2 senior team members. They seemed annoyed and impatient with my standard answers. Then I was given a writing assignment with a 2-hour deadline, which I felt was disrespectful of my time since I was currently employed. I did the assignment, but never heard back.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I really enjoyed my interview process with BerlinRosen. The Manager of People Operations I worked with was super helpful and guided me the whole way. I also had a great time interviewing with the team members in the Tech Practice; they were all delightful, smart, and funny. The steps were: 1. A phone screen with their internal talent person to see if I was a good fit. 2. A writing assignment that I had 48 hours to complete. 3. An in-person interview with a panel of three people for an hour. 4. A second in-person interview with two other people, also for an hour.
