The interview process had two stages: a phone screen and an in-person interview that included aptitude tests. It was a bit on the longer side for interviews, but the questions weren't technical or hard.

I went through a 3-part interview process. The first was a phone call with the recruiter, who was really easy to talk to. We just quickly discussed my past jobs and they gave me the lowdown on the job description. About two weeks later, I had my second interview at their downtown San Diego office. Since I already felt good talking to the recruiter, this one was a breeze too. They told me there'd be a third interview to get the unit supervisor's take. The third interview was the most nerve-wracking for me, though I know it was mostly my own jitters. The unit manager and supervisor were friendly and easygoing. They dug deeper into my work history and asked some standard questions about how my experience fits the job. They'd both been claims adjusters before, and they were super open when I asked about what they liked and disliked about the job. It took about 5 to 6 weeks from applying to get the offer, which came about 10 days after that last interview.

I went to their offices in Omaha, NE for an interview. First, there was a skills test with two parts. The first part was a 40-question word associate test that I had 20 minutes to finish. I finished that with time left. The second part was a 20-question math test with a 10-minute time limit. It was all basic math done by hand, no calculator. I found it difficult to do that much math in 10 minutes. The actual interview was great. The HR lady was very casual and just wanted to get to know me. She went through my resume and asked general questions. It was a good chance to talk about my experience. Remember to bring questions to ask them, as that was important.
