First, there was a Zoom call with a recruiter which was brief and basic, lasting about 20 minutes. The following week, I had an in-person panel interview that lasted around 45 minutes. It felt a bit unusual, as if they were interviewing someone they knew personally rather than a potential colleague. They didn't seem very experienced with interviews and focused more on my feelings than my job skills. It also appeared the recruiter and the panel weren't coordinated.

It was a pretty thorough process. They're really trying to make sure they get the right people, not just anyone. They're specifically looking for agents who want to work full-time and are aiming for a W2 employment situation.

The interview process involved one phone call and one in-person interview, both with the same person. It wasn't too difficult for an entry-level position. They asked basic questions about desktop troubleshooting and network connectivity. After that, an HR call will follow.

It's a 3 part process. We start off with a phone call interview with a number of HR. From there you meet in person typically in the Roswell office. My interview lasted about an hour and 45 minutes. Most of it is just getting to know you with basic entry level questions about the position such as past experiences strengths weaknesses etc. The final part is the offer which you will receive over the phone from someone in HR.
